This page contains important information for all AeroSchool private hirers, including the current Private Hire Agreement and our prevailing fuel rate. Before each flight, pilots must read and acknowledge the agreement, which sets out the conditions of hire, safety requirements, and other key terms. The prevailing fuel rate shown below applies to reimbursements in accordance with the Private Hire Agreement.

Private Hire Agreement

All pilots hiring aircraft from AeroSchool are required to read and acknowledge our Private Hire Agreement before each flight. This agreement outlines important terms covering safety, insurance, responsibilities, and the conditions of hire.

To proceed with a booking, you must confirm that you have read and agree to the current version of the agreement.

Your acknowledgement is recorded at the time of each booking, and a confirmation email will be sent to you including a link to the agreement for your records.

Prevailing Fuel Rate:

The rate will be updated from time to time. Details about the application of the rate can be found in the AeroSchool Private Hire Agremeent.
