Kai is a qualified Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor who joined AeroSchool in 2024 through the organisation's Sponsored Flight Instructor Programme. Before becoming a Flight Instructor, he gained valuable operational experience working within Air Traffic Services, developing a strong understanding of aerodrome operations, radio communications and the wider aviation environment.
Since qualifying as an instructor, Kai has established an excellent reputation with both students and colleagues for his professionalism, approachable manner and natural teaching ability. He enjoys working with students of all backgrounds and ambitions, adapting his instruction to suit each individual's learning style while helping them become safe, confident and capable pilots.
As part of AeroSchool's continued expansion, Kai has been appointed Deputy Head of Training and will lead the organisation's Manchester base, where he will continue to combine instruction with supporting the school's ongoing growth and development.
Passionate about aviation and committed to continuous professional development, Kai is dedicated to helping shape the next generation of private and commercial pilots.
