AeroSchool is an established UK CAA Declared Training Organisation (DTO), delivering in excess of 6,000 training flights per year across multiple bases and operating a fleet of 18 aircraft.

Due to continued growth and strong demand, we are seeking additional Flight Instructors to join our team at Teesside.

The Role

This is a hands-on instructional role within a busy and well-utilised flying programme, delivering high-quality training at a controlled international airport.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering flight instruction to a high standard
Conducting student briefings and debriefings
Maintaining accurate training records
Supporting a professional and consistent training environment
Working as part of a structured and standardised instructional team

Candidate Profile

FI(A) certificate (restricted or unrestricted)
Valid UK licence and Class 1 or Class 2 medical
Professional, reliable, and student-focused approach
Ability to operate within a structured training environment

We welcome applications from instructors holding FI privileges with limitations (e.g. NPPL/LAPL instructional privileges), with opportunities to support training within those privileges.

Additional ratings such as IR(R)/IR, MEP/MEIR, or experience in instructor training (FI course delivery) are welcomed and may be utilised as the organisation develops.
